Free Shipping
We offer free shipping for all orders over $99 and a shipping weight under 75 pounds.
Ground Shipping
The processing time varies but we usually can ship your order within 1-2 Days.
Using your Shipping Account
Have a shipping account with FEDEX or UPS? Contact Customer Service by email or phone, or write in the "Special Instructions" box during your checkout process and type in your FEDEX/UPS account number. FEDEX & UPS may also require us to obtain the billing address associated with your shipper account number.
Ship to your Business or Home
Shipping will generally take 1 to 3 business days, plus processing and lead time; this varies by the product and manufacturer you’re looking to buy. Due to global shortages and shipping delays some of our shipments may exceed previously stated estimates.
Shipping Methods
We order directly through the vendor, that is how we get you the lowest price possible. In addition, we do carry stock within our warehouse. Please contact info@ustoolhub.com for lead time estimates. If you selected free shipping or standard shipping, your order may not be canceled if the order has already been placed with the manufacturer.
Order Status
Once you place an order, an authorization will appear in your bank account and your order status will be Awaiting Payment. Once we have confirmed stock availability, we will start processing your order and your order status will change to Awaiting Fulfillment. Please note, orders in Awaiting Fulfillment status cannot be canceled. Once your order is picked and and shipped, your order status will change to Shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking number to be updated. Please add info@ustoolhub.com to your email contacts to ensure you receive your order updates.
