With the addition of molybdenum up to a maximum of 3%, the corrosion resistance of this chromium-nickle alloy is able to withstand attack by many industrial cleaning solvents, sodium and calcium brines, hypochlorite solutions, phosphoric acid, and many more! All Stainless Steel Fittings and Nipples conform to specification ASTM A312/SA312, or ASTM A733, and threads conform to requirements of ANSI/ASME B1.20.1.
